Every one, two, or three months.  Because we operate many different water systems throughout the State of Oregon, the billing cycles vary.  Please call the office to get a more complete answer for the water system in which you are located.

Water bills are due by the 10th of the month following billing.  If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the bill will be due the following business day.

Water Quality Questions

Yes.  Your water is tested in accordance with state and federal regulations. If ever there is an issue with your water quality, you will be notified.

In some water systems, the configuration of the pipelines create sections that do not have constant flow. The water can become stagnant in these areas, allowing minerals to precipitate and become more concentrated. Flushing the water lines allows excess minerals and deposits to be expelled from the system and replaced with fresh drinking water. We have the flushing schedule posted on our site.

The EPA mandates the amount of contaminants allowed in drinking water.  The amount of lead, if any, is generally from home plumbing.  To find out more about Lead in your water as well as ways to decrease the amount of exposure, visit the EPA’s website on Lead here.
